Born in Tacoma, Washington, Raylene is from a family of ministers. Her grandfather Everett Ewing helped found Life Center here in Tacoma. Raylene, a Religious Science Practitioner (RScP), worked as Ministry Assistant at Unity of Tacoma from 2015 to September 2017, when she became the Associate Minister. In January 2020, Raylene will step into the role of Spiritual Leader when Unity of Tacoma’s Senior Minister retires.
Raylene will function as Minister at Unity of Tacoma on an interim basis. During her time as Spiritual Leader, Raylene will be focusing on developing a “drive to thrive” in every community member. She has embraced Unity Worldwide Ministries’ theme for 2020, “Perfect Vision: Seeing Through a Spiritual Lens.”
Raylene met her husband David at Unity of Tacoma in 2012, and they have been married since 2013. Combined, they have five children, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. They own a home in the Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma where they enjoy raising their own food and lighting up the fire-pit when the weather is dry.
Raylene is available for prayer or conversation. Please email her to make an appointment.
